What is the audio latency? Will passengers notice a delay?
On iOS, latency is typically 10–30ms (imperceptible for speech). On Android, around 210ms using native AAudio – fine for tours and presentations. For ultra‑low latency (<5ms), our optional USB-C dongle is coming soon.
Is BTMic really free? What are the limits?
Yes, 30 minutes of broadcasting per day is permanently free — no trial, no credit card. For full‑day tours or unlimited use, upgrade to Unlimited at $4.99/month or $49/year.
Do I need special hardware to get started?
